In the heart of the Trani historic center, the building overlooks a breathtaking view of one of the most famous and fascinating tourist ports of the Adriatic Sea.

The building

With a surface of about 230sqm rises on 2 levels, with internal lift:

– Private entrance from the central Teatro Square. First floor consists of a large and bright living room overlooking the Port of Trani, a fireplace, a kitchen with large storage units and laundry. Special attention was given to the design of furniture, all of important designers ,and to the optimization of wardrobes and spaces. The flooring is bamboo parquet. An open staircase leads to a mezzanine with a relax area which leads to the outside terrace.

-The sleeping area, between the first and second floors, consists of 2 large bedrooms, each with its own large bamboo wardrobe cabinets and 3 bathrooms.The exclusive solarium of 110 square meters offers an incomparable view of the Port of Trani.
