About Marchione Estate

Marchione Estate is located in Apulia, near Conversano (Bari), a beautiful old medieval town. Nearby is beautiful hunting residence Marchione Castle, sixteenth-century, belonging to the Acquaviva d’Aragona, Count of Conversano. The property, about 7 hectares, has three accesses, the main one is on the quiet provincial road Conversano-Putignano, and two secondary country lanes. Set within a typical rural Apulian context with olive groves, that produces an excellent extra-virgin olive oil, fruit trees, cherry and almond trees.

The Residences:

A.1

Outdoor paddocks for training horses and riders, with the largest, rectangular shape, enclosed within a wooden perimeter for horse jumping, and mounts English style.
