A 16th Century elegant Villa immersed in a 4 hectares of land not far from Magione, from Perugia, from Lake Trasimeno. As one drives through the main gate a short path leads to a small courtyard on which are located the main annex and the Villa itself. Besides the two buildings just mentioned the property also includes old buildings used as storage and lately also as lemon-house and a cellar where wine was ones made and stored, plus a more recent building dedicated to storing agricultural equipment and vehicles.
