This property is located at about 12km. from Orvieto and is completely surrounded by woodland. The general conditions of the building are pretty good, better than the land, although a few works are necessary: the main one being the refurbishment of the windows and of the external doors. Ground floor: large living area, dining room, large kitchen, laundry, bedroom, smaller room and a bathroom. First floor: three bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms. Two fireplaces: one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The annexes are located on the lower part of the property, so are not visible from the main house. They need complete reconstruction.
