The property consists of about 45 hectares of land including: 19 of woodland, 26 of agricultural fields, vineyards, pasture land and an olive orchard. It is located amongst the beautiful hills of Trequanda. The property includes a typical Tuscan farmhouse in need of restoration works and annexes summing up to about 1,500sqm. All utilities are in place. Access is through a white road in good conditions. The asking price considers the whole of the land and of the buildings, but the vendor is also willing to sell the main building with a few hectares around and, consequently, reduce the price. Or, as an alternative, it is possible to purchase the entire property and resell the superfluous portion of land (selling land is rather easier than buildings!).

The main house is, as said, a typical Tuscan two floors ‘casale’ with a rarity: the original internal courtyard has been preserved and adds to the building a great appeal. Many old farmhouses had the ‘corte’, which lead from the house to the stables and pigsties. This became the heart of the farmers’ day life, especially of the ladies. Most of these courtyards have been lost during the years.
