The guest house is built on two levels and measures 70m2. It has 5 rooms and is fully equipped as a self-contained apartment. Charming and cosy, it has all comforts for guests who seek privacy and flair. The annexes measure 97 – 54 and 135m2. The latter can be converted into living space if one wants to run a B&B business. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere that characterise the area make it particularity suitable for a relaxing holiday allowing visitors to unwind from the stressful citylife. The area is suitable for mountain biking, trekking, fishing, horse-riding and wine tours. Art cities such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo are within easy reach, as are the small but delightful towns such as Gaiole, Montebenichi, Radda, Castellina in Chianti, Monteriggioni, Greve in Chianti. Just a few Kilometres further on, one can visit Grosseto and fine coastal areas such as the Argentario promontory, the Orbetello lagoon (a WWF oasis), Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia, the atmospheric Maremma countryside or the mountain landscapes of Monte Amiata.
