The property has been totally and luxuriously restored preserving the original architecture using reclaimed materials, antique furniture and fittings. The main house spreads on two levels and provides grandly proportioned rooms on both levels. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with open fire place, high ceilings and huge french doors opening out onto the terrace with exceptional views. Directly adjacent, a fully fitted contemporary steel kitchen provides a modern touch to this otherwise very classy and traditional ambience. On the same floor there are two bedrooms, one of which with private living room, both with ensuite bathrooms and doors exiting the garden. The upper level is divided into four separate sleeping units containing each a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. All bathrooms have luxuriant fittings. Comfort has been considered at every turn and total privacy is therefore granted to all family members and friends. The stone annex measuring approx.60m² has also been restored to the highest standards and is currently used as staff quarters. The property is also equipped with a beautiful pool framed by a wooden pavement and decorated with colourful mediterranean bushes. The pool enjoys an exceptional location with phantastic views. The front side of the house has been beautifully paved and decorated with century old olive trees and stone benches creating a welcoming courtyard which connects the two buildings.
