This farm is located in the surroundings of Montepulciano and it consists of about sixty hectares of land and a number of buildings some restored (the ones dedicated to the wine production) some to be re renovated. The land is at about 290 meters above sea level and is a mixture of soft hills and plains with different sun exposure. The farm is well connected to Montepulciano and also the roads within the farm itself are in very good conditions. The many ditches guarantee a very efficient water drainage and, therefore, a high quality of the soil structure. Land partition: Vineyard 12 hectares (10.77 Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, the rest IGT di Toscana) of which 8 have been recently planted, woodland 6 hectares, agricultural 30 hectares of which 10 would be excellent for additional vineyard, olive grove 0.5 hectares, the remaining 11.5 hectares are a mixture of lakes (no.4 used for irrigation), buildings’ courtyards, roads, etc. Wine production: Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, IGT Rosso and IGT Bianco.

Farming Buildings. The farming buildings are being developed in phases with the scope of exploiting them for the wine production. The farm has undergone in the last years a transformation from a farm mainly dedicated to the raising cattle and pigs to a wine farm. The current owner is strategically increasing the quality of the vines with the aim of developing the existing buildings to have them used for the workers of the farm, offices, cellars, showrooms, wine tasting, and ‘agriturismo’. Non-Farming Buildings. Some of the buildings are intended for non-farming purposes. The owners have applied for what is called ‘deruralizzazione’ of some of the buildings, that is he has asked to have them transformed from farming usage to habitation. The scope of this process, which also involves 2.4 hectares of land and courtyards surrounding the various buildings, is to transform some of the older and most peculiar buildings from farm to holiday use. All the buildings sum up to about 10,000sqm.
