The villa spreads on two levels: on the ground floor there is a double living area with a fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen and a guest toilette; on the first floor there are 2 master bedrooms each with en-suit bathroom. An independent access leads to another double bedroom with en-suit bathroom. Another double bedroom and the servant’s area are available on the basement floor. The whole house is air conditioned. In the beautiful garden there is a gorgeous swimming pool overlooking the sea and next to it, there is a lovely barbeque with a dining area.
