This property is located on the crossroad of Porto Rotondo, which is 3 km away. This is not yet in Costa Smeralda, even if very close, but already in a natural paradise. In the surroundings there are the beautiful beaches of Spiaggia dei Sassi e delle Alghe, Spiaggia Ira and the most famous one called Spiaggia Marinella.

This beautiful property is located on top of a hill which allows magnificent views. The house is surrounded by almost one hectare of land with fruit trees, flowers, lawns and Mediterranean vegetation. Unfortunately there is no swimming pool but there is enough space to build one, also in a magnificent corner of the garden. The house is composed by a very large veranda which is closed with windows facing the valley, a large living area with a fireplace, a large kitchen, three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is also a dépendence with a double bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette. The garage is 60 m2 in size and may be used as laundry room or other purposes.
